Since January of 2007 I have concentrated all of my time and efforts towards helping Direct Response Companies in areas ranging from internal operations through marketing project design, advertising, copy writing new project planning and overall business management. My experience in the Direct Response Industry, as a "hands on" owner of both Marketing and Servicing Companies, enables me to quickly analyze the strengths and weaknesses of any company. Consequently, I can hit the ground running and quickly come to the point where I can be of service to my clients without having to reinvent the wheel or learn their business.
My approach is simple.
I isolate their problems and provide plans to correct them. Unlike many others in my profession, I am willing and able to stay as long as needed to implement these plans, I have provided services to start-up operations through Fortune 50 Companies. I find it particularly gratifying when I can make a huge difference, and a significant contribution to a start-up company or one that is having financial difficulties. If the client likes what they see, I will stay with them as long as they want,
on an as call and as needed basis.

THE HYAID GROUP

The Hyaid Group provided a full array of processing services, including [but not limited to] order capturing, check and credit card processing, paper and ECP Dunning, data base management, customer service processing, etc.., Hyaid preformed these serviced for companies such as Publishers Clearing House, Time-Warner, Procter and Gamble, Western Publishing, Scholastic, Mattel, and many others in the direct marketing industry.
During its formidable years, Hyaid grew to where it employed over 350 people and occupied 40,000 square feet of space.
During that time, Hyaid processed as much as 250 to 300 million dollars in yearly sales on behalf of its clients.
DIRECT MARKETING ACHIEVEMENTS
During my years in business, I designed and implemented all of the systems needed to operate the first successful "Home Based", full customer service operation in the industry. This technological advance reduced customer service overhead by over 50%, while at the same time, achieving top level call handling efficiency statistics. The system enabled operators to be permanently assigned to specific tasks and files, rather than to have a system of overflow where any operator would answer calls for any file. This methodology promoted better understanding of these files and tasks, which then accomplished a more efficiently handled operation. The key was to pay employees by the call, and was accomplished through highly sophisticated scheduling techniques.
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS
In addition [while concurrently owning and operating Hyaid], I have also owned and operated many successful "business to consumer" marketing companies. The most well known company was,
"The Children’s Choice Book Club".
The Children's Book Club marketed Caldecott award winning books and other children's favorites such as
"The Little Engine That Could",
"Madeline",
"Charlotte's Web", and various
“Dr. Seuss” books.
The Children’s Choice Book Club rapidly grew to over 100,000 active members and won a "Gold Echo Award"
for marketing and design excellence.
